Artists retain the copyright to all works they submit to Carlotta Gallery. By submitting their works, artists grant the gallery a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to retain and use the submitted media for purposes related to the gallery’s activities. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Online exhibition displays.
- Promotional materials, both digital and print.
- Use by the gallery curator for promotion on platforms such as Instagram, www.artplacer.com, and www.carlottagallery.co.uk

This licence does not transfer ownership of the copyright to Carlotta Gallery but permits the gallery to utilise the media in the aforementioned contexts indefinitely.
